Homelessness and addiction are extremely hard to gain victory over. It's not as easy as providing an apartment or providing food and clothing. Some of the folks that we meet have been living a life of homelessness for years. It becomes a stronghold in their lives.
Mike Yankoski experienced homelessness firsthand. It would be good for all of us to see what he went through. On the Under the Overpass website, Mike states, "Rescue Missions provide what for many is the only legitimate path out of street life."
